Relating to cereal and oat meal types does the calorie count include or not include milk used?

There are usually two columns. One for the cereal alone, and it seems in the US the other usually includes a set amount of skim milk, or sometimes 1% milk. I just long them individually, since my milk to cereal ratio might differ from the box, and we don't buy skim milk.0

I log milk and cereal separately. It usually says on the box if milk is included in the calorie count.0

If the box doesn't distinguish, it will be without milk. I log them each on their own line.0
