Anyone else doing the insanity workout/diet? Girlfriend and I started 5 days ago, but she quit already. Looking to improve my health, but it would be easier with a support unit. You help motivate my lazy *kitten* and I'll do the same for you

    I have completed most of the BB workouts. Insanity for me was the hardest, because I am not a cardio guy.
    Ease into the workouts, do one giving it all you have, then take a day or two off. Repeat until you can follow that schedule.

    I'm on day 16 - Week 3!

    Really enjoying the workouts! They are really hard, but I am getting better and betterat them and afterwards it's a real good feeling.

    I haven't followed the nutrition part of it though, just doing my own healthy eating.

    Be good to help and be motivated by others while they go through the Insanity Programme.

    Sorry yes still doing insanity. Sorry work has been hectic and haven't been able to respond, on day 15. How has everyone's workout been going? I find the getting easier( not easy, easier) like I don't want to curl up in a ball and puke every time.

    Just about to do Pure Cardio and Cardio Abs. Bit scared to be honest :D haha. I'll be alright once I'm into the warm up though.

    Like you, I am definitely getting fitter and the workouts are getting easier. Still an absolute mess by the end of it though :smiley:
