    But - out of Metallica and Megadeth I prefer Metallica all albums up to but not including the "black album". Then it all went downhill...

    But Megadeth were better in concert. Possibly because I saw them in a smaller venue than Metallica so it was 'cosier'

    BUT - each has it's place and time! I even love me a bit of glam! KISS and Crue get a lot of airtime right alongside the "heavy stuff"

    Definitely Megadeth, all the way. A happy sidenote is that right now one of the members of one of my favorite bands, Lamb of God, is also a member of Megadeth.

    Metallica would be my choice (pre black album). I think the best Metallica album was Master of Puppets, Megadeth
    Peace Sells But Who's Buying? was an awesome album, But Slayer Reign in Blood had to be one of the best albums of that year (1986).. I always loved those three albums I was 10yrs old in 86 and that was the year I bought my first tapes from the local radio shack and thankfully the clerk was a total Metal head ! seen Megadeth, Slayer and Anthrax in the 90's and Metallica twice last time in 2004, Looking forward to heavy Montreal in 2016 August 5-7.. \m/ \m/...Cheers

    For me it's METALLICA I like early Metallica, pre black album. MASTER OF PUPPETS probably my favorite. I do like Megadeth but never loved Daves voice.
