Hi all.
Been on this app for 16 days now and lost the easy 4 lbs! Now comes the hard bit. I spend far too much time (well, for me) travelling,. I live in Fife, Scotland and have travel to England and Holland quite frequently which means hotel stays. I also broke a toe and damaged a rotator cuff in my right shoulder (different incidents!) So not been exercising properly.
I found a few years ago that really monitoring my daily calories worked well for me, and I am pretty much managing to stick to my 1820 a day
Just hope it continues. I hit 60 in January and want to be a stone lighter by then.
