    Hard days are part of life! Walk for 5, 10, 15 minutes or drink water and then if you need for eat, log , move on with life

    I've discovered a great tea; celestial seasonings makes it- Bengal Spice. I make a large cup (bowl) ;) and sip slowly. I use two tea bags. I drink this when I have sweet/snack cravings. No calories, no caffeine. Usually I drink it at night when I'm feeling like snacking. Also 10 min of stretching/walking also works for me.
