Ummmm the cookies and cream is really good to mix with Optimum Nutrition vanilla protein powder. Nice protein shake.

Nay. It's expensive and doesn't even taste that great. Plus it teaches you nothing about proper nutrition.

I'd say skip it and just eat your normal foods within your calorie goal. It's much more sustainable, cheaper, and tastes better.

In my opinion it is overpriced and asks you to buy into some pretty unsubstantiated claims. It 'works' because you're eating at a deficit, same way just counting calories works when you do it properly. I say save your money!

Nay. The only people who benefit from Herbalife are the scammers selling it. Not necessary and you won't lose any faster than if you just maintain a caloric deficit.

No, because it's a waste of money. All you have to do is eat at a calorie deficit to lose weight.

In other words, with herbal life or any weight loss product, you will only lose weight if you eat less calories than you burn.

I disagree. Clean eating is preference only.

You don't need to pay to lose weight and learn correct eating habits.

No way. Its a mlm scam. Low quality junk marketed towards naïve and desperate people. You have all the tools needed right here on mfp, so there's no need to buy into low quality products like Herbalife, beachbody, it works and so on.
