I don't count calories ..but yesterday i got my first compliment/a person noticed I'm slimming down..I work out 4 times a week from 30 minutes to an hour I'm on month 3 and my goal is to look good for my family reunion in July

    Awesome! Good for you. Keep it up.

    What is your current diet / eating strategy since you aren't counting calories? Just eating smaller portions? Just curious so that you can keep adapting and using whatever method you're currently using as you continue to lose. Exercising is great for fitness, maintaining muscle and increasing energy levels, but knowing approximately how many calories you're eating every day helps, too.

    I Eat in proportions and drink only water...I eat. What I like but I'm careful to eat in small amounts
