Buy a set of food scales and weigh your food, allows you to see the difference in what you were eating and what you should be eating. Measure yourself as some weeks you may not lose weight so its good to be able to see you are shrinking. Remember weight loss is not a sprint its a marathon and somedays you wont do so well, dont worry, write that day of and start again the next day x0
