If you're looking for tips it helps to have a good understanding of what your goals are and exactly what kind of help/tips you are looking for. There are some very knowledgeable people on here and they will ask the same information to help clarify their advice.

Caloric deficit is the only guarantee for fat loss. Eating at maintenance should keep you where you are and any kind of resistance training/heavy lifting or cardio will help keep you in better health. There's no magic formula for keeping off the belly, just exercise for health and caloric control to keep your weight where you want.

You could also try posting in the gaining weight section and provide some additional details regarding what you want to do and some more information about yourself (height, you already have your weight here). Many of the regular posters there go through cut/bulk cycles and should be able to provide more detailed information.
