Okay guys it's just under 7 weeks until Christmas so who is with me in trying to lose 2 pounds a week equating to a stone by Christmas.
Who knows we may even keep it up until new year

    This is my challenge too!

    Started at 252lbs (February 2015)

    Currently 189lbs (November 2015)

    Goal by Christmas 175lbs (eek, that seems tiny compared to where I started!)

    Complete goal 145lbs (roughly by March/April I hope).

    I'm going to try ^^ my goal is to lose 1.5lbs a week and I know I'll lose more than that the first few weeks if I keep it up, so it is definitely do-able ^^'
