Low calorie breakfast?

I want a quick, easy to make, low calorie yet filling breakfast.
Asking for a lot I know, just want something to get me something through the mornings that I can eat just before I start work. Any suggestions? I usually have toast with Brie.

    Toast w/ mashed avocado, a little lime juice & salt & pepper. Also protein bars - quick & out the door.

    Overnight oats
    Bagel thin w/ cream cheese and lox
    Greek yogurt (add fruit, nuts, granola, or whatever if you want)
    Scrambled eggs or egg whites can be cooked in the microwave if you don't mind the texture
    Egg mini frittatas baked ahead of time

    If you are in a hurry and need something premade, Kashi bars are pretty good and only 130 calories.
