I started 2 weeks ago I weigh 148 pounds I am a sahm I was good the first week but its so hard when I'm around food all day any advice to keep to the diet with out cheating I would love to lose 25 pounds

    1. Keep no junk food in house
    2. Portion control
    3. Drink water throughout the day

    When I get tempted to cheat I chug a glass of water or step outside and get a gasp of fresh air.
