How long have you been "eating right," and what do you mean by that? Are you logging calories and maintaining a deficit?
I gain/lose over three pounds daily in water weight, so it's not shocking to see gains every now and then. Weight loss isn't linear- it fluctuates a lot on the general downward trend.0 -
Over how long has the gain taken place? If fewer than four weeks, it's probably a normal fluctuation. More than, then you need to tighten up your logging.0

Are you weighing your food, instead of measuring ?0

Your weight can fluctuate quite a bit due to water retention/when you weighed, etc.
I wouldn't worry about it but focus in on eating at a slight deficit and doing a bit of exercise.0 -
I've had that too, where I weigh myself once a week and after a good week of diet and exercise I'm up, or even, but it always corrects itself the following week if I stick to it! You just need to stick to it, and try not to get frustrated. Another thing I like to pay attention to is how i'm feeling, energy levels, etc. I know how it feels though! Best of luck!0

What does that mean to you? Do you weigh your food and log it?0 -
If you're gaining weight, you need to eat less, move more, or both. Watch your calories, see how much you're eating. Increase those workouts. Try to get some kind of exercise every day.0

Never
Really? Did you just not weigh yourself very often?
I weigh daily and I'm regularly "gaining" or "losing" one to three pounds, of course water because I'm not really gaining or losing fat at those rates. Human body weight naturally fluctuates depending on a lot of things, such as previous meals still in your intestines, water retention of many different kinds, etc. You're never going to have a single weight, you have a weight range.0
