    I lost 80lbs using this app the progress can feel slow and this can feel discouraging. My advice to you would everytime you look in the mirror rarher than fixating on your dissatisfaction just think that as long as you continue to follow you're app each day and you are logging everything honesty and to the best of your ability you have a 100% chance of achieving your goal. Draw pride from setting and reaching small goals if you take this day by day the time will go by before you know it. Good luck and feel free to reach out.
