    The trialthon that I did was 6 miles canoe, 5.5 run, and 18 mile bike. I just had to keep saying if I stop, then I will be losing time where I could have already been a few feet ahead. Also, it helped that my mom stayed with me throughout the whole thing. Also, I would run on the treadmill, then immediately get on the bike every day at the gym. My goal was to just finish. I think that is the most important thing. Do not worry about your time, or if you are the last one finishing.
