Anyone know how I would log 30 day shred?

    I log it under Circuit Training

    i put it in as circuit training for 20 min. thats all i could think of.
  • I logged mine under circuit training. I think that is how I have seen others log thiers in also. Hope this helps! Good luck on you journey!:happy:

    I put 30 day shred in exercises some time back but that was using a heart rate monitor so yours may be more or less.

    Circuit training is the closet calories to my heart rate monitor that I could find..
  • I was logging mine under circuit training for 20 mins. I just bought a hrm and mfp does a good job of getting you a ballpark number, but take caution if you are eating your exercise cals because sometimes my cal burn is way more and sometimes way less than the number mfp gives.
  • Ok, thanks! Circuit training sounds good for now. I am getting a hrm so maybe I will add my own once I get one.
