Does anyone do fitnessblender? How do you log in their workout? I did one today and it's cardio and strength?

I list mine under; Cardio, Calisthenics (vigorous effort or light/moderate effort) so that the calorie expenditure, accounting for the time I spent on the routine, equals the average of the calorie expenditure listed by Fitness Blender.
Such as, if a Fitness Blender workout is listed difficulty 3,4, or 5 I use Calistenics Vigorous plug in the time I spent, I use my phone as a stop watch, and adjust the time so that the calorie "reward" equals the average Fitness Blender statement of the calorie range. If Fitness Blender says the exercise burns between 400 and 600 calories I log it so I get credit for 500. Merely a suggestion. It seems to b e working for me. Have fun with it.0 -
I usually log them as circuit training under cardio. Just be aware that the calorie burn they usually put on their work outs isn't 100% accurate since they don't factor in your personal stats. I always log the lowest burn and then only eat about 70% of the calories burned back.0
