Such a great idea! I had a cheat night, and felt miserable after. It was planned but still... Way over the top

My goals for today:
1. Keep my normal weekday lunch
2. Go for a walk after lunch with my dog
3. Have my normal weekday light snack
4. Plan ahead for our dinner out

    Awesome goals :) Don't beat yourself up, this is a lifestyle not a diet.

    I'm finally learning that!! I'm within 12-13 lbs of goal.. And I know I can do this...thanks for the encouragement :))

    Just for today I will 1) make a greek yogurt dressing for my veggies instead of 800 calories worth of ranch dressing 2)not drink diet pop but water instead 3) walk for a half hour
