I had planed to work out monday to sat but I am feeling lazy and I really need to deep clean my house you think that its okay to skip a day I would more than likely do crunches and jumping jacks or jumprope later on in the evening I just dont feel like going to the park so you guys think its okay to to skip it this time

absolutely your body need rest to heal and regenreate i do it once a week where i may do NOTHING for exercise0

cleaning house burns calories too! it isn't necessarily realistic to think you'll work out every day. if you start feeling like you HAVE to instead of like you GET to, you'll begin to resent it, and it will lose it's charm quickly. so, clean your house, and resolve to get back on the plan tomorrow. just mind your calories so today isn't a total bust!0

I think it's fine as long as you stick to your commitment to do something tonight, also things like mopping do burn calories.
Maybe still try to get 30 minutes in tonight of something that raises your heart rate or maybe two 15 minute sessions or three 10 minute sessions, personally when I do my floors my heart rate goes up, I rush to get them done and don't stop until they're done.0 -
