For a long time I was procrastinating on subscribe to a gym 5 months ago I finally did it I started with 184lbs my goal 160lbs now I'm only 5 pounds away from my goal it took a lot of hard work and training but must importantly I want it so bad this time around that I put 120% and I can say that I succeed thanks you can do it.
