Hello my name is Amor. My goal is loosing 5 lbs, I weigh 120 lbs at this moment. Some say I don't need to loose weight and I just need to eat better. Which is definitely true, a few months ago I was healthy, eating right, and working out all the time. Now I've become lazy and I've gained stomach fat. My mother makes me self conscious even though she means well. She's always said she doesn't want a fat child and to make matters worst I've considered starving myself. But I know that's not a good choice so I've decided to try to do what I did months back. I need to learn to stop comparing my body to others as well but it's hard to when people talk about yours. But I'm going on this new journey and I hope I'll come out being successful.

    Oh! You sweet dear! You are NOT alone in this! I think personally you need to work on your own mental attitude.You are in complete control of what you do and this is dominantly affected by what you think ..start speaking these affirmations out loud to yourself. I also recommend journaling. Food should not be something that is overly restrictive or something that you fear.If this is the case for you I recommend you seeing a counselor to help you with your self-esteem to learn how to build healthy boudaries and not let negative people alter your world...I am proud of your for coming forth with this!
