Just keep going, as you come closer to your goal weight it's going to slow down. Be exta accurate with your logging. You know this, just remember why you started and how far you've come! 24 lbs is awesome!0

Looks like you are losing about 1 pound per week, which is about what you probably should be losing.
I've been at this for about 11 months and have lost 55 pounds so far. No need to be discouraged at all. You are doing fine.0 -

9 lbs to go means you're probably near normal BMI, no? It just plain gets tougher when we've lost weight. The same number of calories won't work at this stage. For me, the tough part came about 3 weeks ago. I felt like you.....I'm tired of dieting. And that's precisely when I couldn't even eat what I had been eating and still lose!!
Dang.
What's worked for me was about 3 weeks of struggle, then acceptance. Then I adjusted calories downward, and I upped the intensity of my exercise. And, oddly, I realized I wasn't drinking enough water. Upped that.
Scale is moving again. I've got only 6 lbs to go and certainly hope I stay in acceptance and get it done.
Good luck!0 -
I am super short and54, so the last 8 pounds took me as long as the first 22. So very frustrating, but I averaged about half pound every two or three weeks at the end. Trust in the process and eventually you do get there!! Great job on your loss so far!! Outstanding!!!0
