I just got a new scale. Last night it weighed in at 330, this morning at 328. Is that the scale malfunctioning or just things settling over night? I've heard the morning is the best time to weigh yourself... but is the morning number really an accurate view of whats up?

as long as you weigh yourself at approx the same time each weigh-in then you will get an accurate idea/trend of your weight!
