Thyroid has me struggling

Hi I'm 33 with 3 kids work in long term care as a certified nurses assistant. I have had hypothyroidism for 21 years. It's such a struggle. Need advice

Hi Judy, if your thyroid levels are stable, you should be able to lose weight. I also have hypothyroidism, and once I actually started being careful about my logging and maintaining my goal deficit, I was able to achieve my initial goal, and almost reached my ultimate goal. I am also now right at the mid-point of a healthy BMI.
