P90X3 Results

Hey everyone! I'm new to Myfitness Pal. I had been using "fat secret" for awhile but this seems more of a young fitness oriented community. Posted a couple of pics of my P90x3 adventure.

I've modified the schedule however where I'm doing only the strength workouts (do cardio on my own one day a week) and instead of bands I've been doing everything in the gym with dumbells, pulleys, etc. I'm 5 weeks in. Look forward to the results of week 6 and beyond.

    Diet. I haven't done much ab work at all honestly. I've used calorie counters to track my calories, fat intake, carb, proteins etc. By keeping an eye on that stuff I lost the weight I wanted and the abs just started to show.

    Of course, even a set of basic crunches at the end of your workout is going to help define them even more.
