Any diastasis recti mums on here? I'm 5 months pp with baby number 5 and look 7 months pregnant. Really need to lose the weight and try and close my 8 cm gap

    how did you find out you have this? I'm pretty sure I did after my last one but now I'm pregnant with baby number 2. Not sure what to do after to check.

    I had a 7cm gap after my third huge baby. Took a lot of work to close and a lot of correct an exercise as assigned by my physio to heal. I really only started workin on it a year pp and it took 3 to be fully closed. It can happen, just be patient!

    Google the tupler technique. I used it after baby #4 and it has helped immensely.
