There is an old saying. Eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince and dinner like a pulpier. I worked on a dairy farm for quite a few years and they always ate lunch like what I would eat for dinner and dinner like my lunch. You don't see many overweight farmers. Most people are less active at night, so it makes sence not to eat a big meal during your most inactive part of the day. I stopped eating after 7:00 pm so I wasn't putting food in my system close to bedtime.0

I imagine that if you eat more calories in the morning then there's definitely a better chance you'll burn the calories off during the course of the day. The key to weight loss is burn more calories than you consume.0

In the research I have done I have found you are way more (don't have exact fig) to lose weight if you consume more calories for breakfast then dinner. I don't eat huge breakfast but a key to not spending ur day hungry is high protien first thing in the morning. Preferably within the first 30 min of waking up or after a morning workout. Your body will burn fat much more efficient. I also belive in the six meals a day. Live by it now.and my hypoglycemia is gone. Posted from my phone sorry for.the errors0
