Back in February I started my weightloss journey I weighed 298 pounds. I was beyond disgusted with myself. Started eating less and being more active. August 5th I had gastric sleeve surgery (weightloss surgery) I was 242 pounds. Currently I'm 196 pounds and I'm 36 pounds from my goal. I try to do 10000 to 15000 steps a day but need to add some more cardio in. Any suggestions? Add me if you'd like. Thanks.

Congrats on your loss! At 102 lbs lighter surely running , jogging or a walk/jog combo will be Much easier.0

Walking at an incline on a treadmill! It may be the same steps but you're heart rate will be up and burning more!0
