when I saw the scale. I am finally under 300 pounds. The first time I learned I was over 300 was when I was in the hospital over a year ago for a suicide attempt and they weighed me. Of course that didn't make things any better. BUT, here I am today working hard and losing this weight finally. I am so proud of myself. Thanks to everyone on MFP for the support.

    Amazing!!!!! Thats a good cry :) what a huge milestone. I was happy all this am. I havent been under 220 in a LONG time since before my son which now is 9. This morning I weighed myself and I saw 219.8 hey I don't even care I'm just out of the 20's! I know how you feel :))) keep up the good work!
