Hey everyone I'm looking for some friends to help me to stay focused and inspiratied while I am on the journey to weight loss I have a goal of 20 lbs I am currently 180 I just had a baby and want to get back into my jeans! I will need to loose 15 lbs to get back to my jeans but I'm adding the extra 5 to get my started to loose more. Thanks in advance I'm welcoming anyone if you are from Vegas maybe we can meet and help each other further

    But dont have an open food diary ( i post my food/photo's every day on Facebook)

    I live in Vegas and also just had a baby. I go to LVAC... Im really getting my size in control. It's got a lot to do with diet and exercise. But mainly diet.
