    That's wonderful! I have been there, too...I was in and out of hospitals because I was suicidal and the meds made me gain lots of weight. It's great that we haven't let it bring us down and we have broken free. It's all uphill from here! Way to go~! :)

    Congratulations! You WILL continue to succeed by staying with your self-developed/self-controlled program that works best for you. You'll do that by staying on track: one meal at a time/one day at a time. Each morning you awaken, congratulate yourself for another day of SUCCESS. Success on one day creates the motivation to achieve more success.
