Crockpot Tacos ground beef , turkey or chicken onions, taco seasoning.green chili's, olives, shredded cheddar, tomatoes. corn tortillas. red or green enchilada sauce. Cook meat ,green chili's,seasoning and onions with 1 cup sauce. Place about half cup of sauce of bottom of crock pot then start layering shells+meat mixture, cheese,olives, little sauce then repeat. after all layers are done top with cheese. Cook for 2 hours. Served with sourcream & tomatoes YUMMMM0
