Was at work and saw a collegue that I had not seen in a while--she said "wow you look great!" I assumed she was referencing my weight loss, I said thank you and went on. Later she came up to me and said " I dont mean to be rude or nosy - but you look 10 years younger-did you have botox???" ( a mutual friend of ours does a lot of Botox and such) I said NO--she said you just look great. I told I had lost weight- she was embarrased. who knew losing 30 pounds equals 10 years. Woo Hoo--Free Botox by just eating well, drinking water, and getting fit and toned.


Made me feel good--little NSV for the day

    Now imagine if you go and have botox too - next time you meet her she'll ask you "Where is your mommy?" LOL
    Jocking aside - good job! beside being healthier - it's really nice to experience success in the form of compliments :)
