Comfort food/other options

So busy with work lately that when I get home I just want to sit down and eat some yummy comfort food... :( any recipes for comfort food that is still healthy and not high in carbs.

    If you don't have one yet I would suggest a crock pot for long work days, especially during the winter. Any kind of chili is usually low carb and high protein- super easy to make in the crock pot, too.

    This is such an individual thing. You are fulfilling an emotional desire for creamy carby foods. There are lots of great substitutes that are pretty amazing. I am sure you can find something that makes you feel the craving is gone.
    I am partial to soups. I have a low calorie baked potato soup I make with cauliflower.

    I have low fat frozen yoghurt to nibble on for comfort food, only about 180 cals for a portion of yummy naughtyness is good for me!
