This isn't my first time dieting, I started last year and lost 40 pounds (thanks to Wii Fit + ) but I stopped around Christmas Time and never really got back. I started now, last week, again. My goal is to lose around 20 pounds by the end of summer--but I'm not going to be completely dissapointed if I don't. But I think I'll need a little more help this time around..
