I am a huge musical theatre nerd, so my work out playlist is comprised of upbeat dance numbers from Broadway musicals!

    3.) Voulez-Vous - Mamma Mia
4.) Tomorrow Is A Latter Day - Book of Mormon

As my name suggest I love the band Phish. I like listening to them when i work out. i find that a long rocking 20 minute jam is perfect for the tread mill/ elliptical machine. As the jam keeps peaking and getting more intense, I find that my effort gets more intense.

    i also like....

Grateful Dead (garcia solos can be very peaceful while lifting weights)
Talking Heads (watch Stop Making Sense, bands gets a hell of a work out in it)
    The Band
    MGMT
    Phoenix
    prince
    lots more

Little Sister - Queens of the Stone Age
No One Knows - Queens of the Stone Age
    Falling Leaves - Billy Talent
Devil in a Midnight Mass - Billy Talent (awesome for 7.2mph)
Sucks to be You - Prozzak (it's a fun one)
Pump It - Black Eyed Peas
    Can't Stop - Maroon 5
Rolling in the Deep - Adele

And then I've got some generic pop songs in there to keep the beat moving, but these are the ones I go to when I wanna give 'er!

Girl Talk! It's a mix of all kinds of stuff, and it can be broken into tracks or played in one continuous piece, about an hour long. And a free download!

(I'm not affiliated with them, I really just love it. :glasses: )

I like working out to electronic music. The album Everything Everything (Live) from Underworld is awesome, but I particularly love the last two tracks - Born Slippy and Rez/Cowgirl.
