Must lose weight beacause...

There are so many reasons. But the main reason is my Husband and I are trying to have a baby for a while now. So I want to lose a lot of weight and see if that happens. I have tried going on a diet but lose interest. So I am trying to make friends that way I can keep myself motivated, or vise versa.

Diery your meals.
Drink lots of water.

log log log log log.
drill that in your brain now.
also weigh your food (if you dont have a scale, i suggest trying to measure it as close as you can. I personally am at a point where i have to measure or just eat prepacked stuff (nuts, granola bars, yogurt cups etc) for the time being getting a scale this weekend)
drink lots and lots and lots of water, cut out the sugary stuff. (I gave up sweet tea and Im like literally addicted to the stuff, was pretty hard the first week tbh)
DONT GET DISCOURAGED IF YOU DONT SEE THE RESULTS YOU WANT AS FAST AS YOU WANT THEM. cannot stress this enough. A lot of people (especially a lot of obese ones) get on here and expect miracles after just 1 or 2 weeks. it doesnt work like that. Its really only healthy to lose about 1-2 lbs a week, so keep that in mind. and if the scale numbers arent moving but you feel like they should have, measure yourself. Sometimes you slim down, but maintain the same weight (muscle does weigh more than fat eh?). Focus on NSVs more than the number on the scale and its a lot harder to get discouraged.
