Okay i know it's a little extreme but i am so ready to do it! whose with me?!? I figure we can do an official weight in every monday, and just message me your measurements and i will post them! I am super excited to do this, and would love for anyone to join! :) We can also talk about the diet and do meals if you'd like! Whoohoo! Let's get this going :)

    could you tell me more about 30 day shred/ripped in 30?

    well i just bought 30 day shred tonight- they were sold out of ripped in 30 so im.. getting it online! But they are with jillian michaels and with 30 ds you can lost up to 20 pounds in 30 days-- she really works you! And ripped in 30 is like a follow up and it's killer, so i thought why not do a hybrid with those two and p90x, it will be killer but will be so worth it and i think we could all get some awesome results! Also, you get a meal plan with both of jillians dvds. And shred in 30 is online at walmart for $6.97 and ripped in 30 is $9.68...so they are a fairly good price! :)
