    Thanks so much everybody! I added to the end of my original post a little bit about what I've done. There is no secret. Calories in versus calories burned. That's it! If you have over a 100 to lose, you can drop rapidly for a while, too. I went for a physical 3.5 months ago and my blood sugar was borderline for pre-diabetes and my cholesterol was borderline as well. I had been feeling VERY down about my weight and seeing those numbers made me decide it was time for a change. Up until then I had been fat, but had always had normal physicals. It was starting to catch up with me and I said, "Uh-uh No Way!" :lol:
