    Yay for you! What really impresses me is how balanced your diet journal is. Many people try to lose weight by eating very few calories, but you're doing it the healthy way. You'll be much more likely to be successful in keeping your weight off long-term. It's so refreshing to see someone who cares for their body and their health!
