Hi there! I'm Jen and I just rejoined MyFitness Pal fairly recently. I'm devoted to doing this and I'm so happy to have lost almost 15 pounds already. I've got about 70 more to go but that number doesnt seem so scary anymore.
Anyways I just want to wish you all the best on your weight loss journey!. Feel free to add me as a friend I'm always up for dishing out the support and also feeling support from others . We got this!

I'm Cait, and I'm also starting my weightloss journey AGAIN... Sadly, for the third time...
HOWEVER! I've done it before so I can to do it again, and this time I'm DETERMINED to hit my goal weight and never go above that again! And I think with all of the awesome options for social media support, anything is possible0 -

I'm redoing it again too! I lost about 50 pounds previously and gained it ALL back because I didn't maintain! I know better now and will do an even better job than last time.

I'm Melissa and I restarted my weight loss goal last Friday. I have an activity bracelet thing and this app. I have read somewhere that weight loss is 65% nutrition and 35% exercise. This app will help me stay on top on the nutritional aspect of my goal and Jazzercize at 5:30 am will help me with the exercise aspect. I have 85 lbs to lose. Good luck everyone!0

Hey everyone! I am Megan. Found this group after searching for others who use Leslie Sansone's Walk at Home DVDS. I recently discovered them and am hooked! They are so great, but doable, which I like. I am also back on my weight loss journey after a severe lapse.
Currently, 160 trying to get to GW: 130. Right now I am alternating Walk it Off in 30 Days, with 5 Mega Miles. Haven't been able to get past 3 miles, but I am trying!
