Been logging my stuff for a couple of weeks now. I have done the 17 day diet and I am staying on cycle 3 because i still have more weight to lose. However I am not meeting my calorie goal most every day. I am usually around 900-1100 calories at the days end, but I am always over on protein. I am very active and swim and bike and walk/jog or do a dyd of some type 6 days a week. How in the world can I make up 500 or 600 calories I burn off? If I don't work out at all I can get 1300 calories down, but I hate sitting around not doing anything. Please help! I have continued to lose at a slow pace. Am I going to stall or am I doing ok? I am afraid to eat to much and add calories but it f I need to what is the best way to up my calorie intake? Carbs? So do I wait until I stall or do I add calories now? I am so confused!

Hi Rita,
I would add calories now, you're body needs the fuel to function properly, if you keep eating such low cals your metabolism will slow down and that's the last thing you want. You'll see with upping your cals and with your exercise routin the weight will start coming off faster. You need to up carbs for energy and lean protein for muscle built.
Good luck0
