I'm on a weight loss mission again. About 3 years ago I starting putting lots of weight on and ended up getting a bit of track with my lifestyle. I have decided to download the app as it looks very helpful. However if anybody else is on a weight loss journey leave your comments we could share tips

    Ah thanks, I used to do weight watchers a couple of years ago I'm seeing quite a lot os similarities, but for free which is even better, can't wait to see the results!

    I'm sure you know that you should drink lots of water but also trying drinking green tea! It makes your stomach fuller and also kills the sugary foods cravings (at least for me)

    Oh didn't know about that one, however I drink lots and lots of herbal tea during the day for digestion, but good to know thank you ☺️ i tend to eat slighly heavier stuff during the day and lighter stuff with herbal tea in the evening before gym too, it's quite effective.
