Just need someone to push me!

Tomorrow, I begin my 7 Day Juice Detox. I will be juicing, exercising, and trying to shed pounds. It also, being a detox, is going to be my first day of no smoking, no alcohol, quitting biting my nails, quitting all bad habits! I have nobody to do this with and nobody to motivate me. Could really use someone to message me for those days to keep me on track! And even after my detox to keep me on track!

    I have typically heard it recommended to make changes in 10% shifts. Quitting all bad habits at once may be overwhelming. But 10 percents shifts are more manageable.
