I'm starting a new "6 pounds in 6 weeks" group here: http://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/group/109935-6-lbs-in-6-weeks
Weigh-ins will be every Saturday starting tomorrow.
Please join and invite friends to join!
A bunch of us started with a 10-in-10 challenge this past summer, and then another 5-in-5 challenge this fall. It's a great group and we'd love to have you join us for the new 6-in-6 challenge.
