Hi, I live and work in the UAE, and while the shops here have most things, good fruit and veg is either rare or expensive. I want to get a bit healthier, slim down a little, but it's tricky to find the time. I would welcome any support, and if anyone knows a good low-sugar smoothie recipe that would be a great start!

    Hello! I make my smoothie with the following ingredients : frozen mixed fruit 1 lb (pineapple, mango,strawberry, peach) avacado 1, milk 2% 2 cups and little water. I blend them and make out 3 servings out of it. Below 300 calories per serving. Hope that helps!

    If you want to lose weight and look toned, stay away from sugary smoothies. Get whey protein and mix it with water or almond milk. Cheers.

    @memo1974 , I will definitely try that. The smoothie is a must, but it is a sugar bomb.
