I am a certified binge eater and have been for years. I joined mainly for support which is something seriously lacking for me. I would like to loose the weight and keep it off. I have loss weight but done it the wrong way resulting in massive weight gain. I would like to shed 100lbs but I don't know where to start. Really wanting to find some support and friends

Hi! You are here, so you have started on your journey. Binge eating is tricky. Mentally you know it is about control and willpower but when an episode starts it becomes a F* it all and any and all discipline goes flying right out the window. What are some of the ways you have prevented going on a binge? Personally, I have to keep the junk out of the house and have stuff like carrots and celery on hand. I also have to distract myself pronto. Getting a hold of a friend to talk to, video games, drawing, going for a walk, etc. anything to get away from the food. Add me if you like!
