Squats, lunges, and planks. The first 2 I do 100 a day, and the plank I hold anywhere from 45-60 seconds a set, and then do knee touches while in plank, or balance on one leg.0

From what I've heard on this site, the best thing you can do to lose belly fat is to hit up cardio hard and have a clean diet. Your diet is actually the most important thing. But you need the combination of both.0

Get a set of kettle bells. They even have exercise videos and stuff to use them. You can use them to work arms, legs and abs.0

Legs: Squats & Lunges
Tummy: Jack Knives (upper and lower tummy); Torso Twist (obliques); Pilates strengthens your core while making your tummy area look more leaner.
i hope that this helps. good luck! :-)
update: if your back bothers you, try using the big exercise balls. they come w/workout videos too.0 -
I totally agree with Sonnyless! Plus, cut out sugar if you are into sweets.:huh:0

try jillian michalel's 30 Day Shred DVD... it will work all of those areas in about 30 minutes a day. do a search on the forums for lots of information!!0
