            My second day too mostly using it to track food diary not really familiar with other options but i used it to track my steps too0

            I have been on a few weeks as far as socialising goes Its a little like facebook in that there is a news feed/wall where you can post comments 'like' and reply which everybody can see or you can privately pm people if they are your friends or you know their name.0

            Hi All, it's my fourth day and already lost 1kg with a diet tracking. It's really helpful and easy to input the food that I eat during. Most importantly it has bring a decipline in my food routine. Please feel free to add me if you like..0
