Hello everyone I am Debbie and today I starting my journey again. I exercise almost daily doing REFIT dance fitness, and as a family we have healthy eating habits. My problem seems to be portion control and I'm already seeing a pattern in this area, to much sugar. This is really going to be the hardest part of my journey, cutting back on sugar. Anyway I'm here, I'm tracking my food intake and actually wrote on the blog page, I look forward to checking out this forum and putting some of the great advice I find to good use.
